Email: pete@bonkworks.com — bug reports, purchase problems, account questions, press, or a story about your club's last tournament.
Typical reply time: within 2 working days. Purchase and account-deletion requests are handled first.
Email supportReporting a bug
Include these five things and we can usually reproduce it without a second email:
- Your phone and Android version — e.g. "Pixel 7a, Android 15".
- The app version — Settings → About, at the bottom.
- What you did, in order, right before it went wrong.
- What you expected versus what happened.
- A screenshot or screen recording if there's anything to see.
If a specific fight went wrong, send the fight code — it's at the bottom of the fight screen, and it lets us replay the exact same bout on our side.
Purchases and refunds
| Situation | What to do |
|---|---|
| Charged but didn't receive the item | Reopen the app while connected — purchases are re-delivered automatically on launch. If it's still missing after a restart, email us with the Google Play order number (it's in your Play receipt email). |
| Want a refund | Refunds are issued by Google, not by us. Use Google Play → Menu → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history → the order → Request refund. Within 48 hours of purchase this is usually automatic. Email us if Google declines and you think it was our fault — we can and do side with you. |
| Bought "remove ads" and still see ads | Restart the app while connected. If they persist, email us your order number; ad removal is a permanent entitlement and survives reinstalls. |
| Accidental purchase by a child | Request the refund through Google Play as above, then turn on purchase authentication: Play Store → profile → Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases. |
Your save
Where it lives
Your save is stored on your device and backed up to the cloud whenever you're connected. That backup is tied to this installation — it protects you against a crash or a corrupted file, and it restores if you reinstall without clearing app data.
Moving to a new phone
Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Signing in with Google or Apple to carry a save between devices is built and waiting behind a switch we haven't flipped; when it goes live, a sign-in button appears in Settings and this paragraph changes. Until then, treat your save as living on that phone.
Starting over
Settings → Reset save. It asks twice, because it can't be undone.
Account and data deletion
In the app: Settings → Cloud & account → Delete account & data. That's instant and permanent.
Without the app, or if you've already uninstalled: use the account deletion page. Verified requests are completed within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Ads and privacy choices
Rewarded ads are always something you choose to watch — nothing in the game forces one on you except the occasional interstitial between matches, which the ad-removal purchase turns off permanently.
You can change your advertising consent at any time in Settings → Privacy. What we collect and why is spelled out in the Privacy Policy.
Accessibility
The game respects your system text size, and honours your phone's "reduce motion" setting — with it on, ambient animation and screen-entrance effects switch off. Every fight can be skipped straight to its result, and the arena can be swapped for text play-by-play in Settings → Gameplay → Fight view.
If something is unreadable or unreachable on your device, that's a bug we want. Please tell us what and where.
Feature requests
Send them. Genuinely — a good chunk of what's in the game arrived this way from community fighters during development. We can't build everything, and we'll tell you honestly if something isn't happening rather than leaving you waiting on it.
